Where is ancient Lin 'an now?

Lin 'an, formerly known as Hangzhou, was once the capital of the Southern Song Dynasty. It is located in the southeast coast of China, the north of Zhejiang Province, the lower reaches of Qiantang River and the southern end of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.
