What kind of Buddha is Jigong?

After Jigong became a Buddha, he was honored as "the honorable person who showed great kindness, compassion and wisdom, and worked hard to spread the knowledge of Buddhism and Taoism", which combined Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, so it can also be said that Buddhism and Taoism are both accepted. He was a Zen monk in the Southern Song Dynasty, and his dharma name was Daoji.

As a Zen monk, Jigong wrote many poems. Like Han Shan, Feng Gan and Shide, he was influenced by both Zen and Taoist seclusion. The difference is that the color of Buddhism and Taoism makes him unique among many Buddhist disciples. This is related to his study in Chicheng Mountain, where he practiced Buddhism and Taoism since childhood, and was influenced by the folk customs of "Taizhou-style car-scrapping".
