What are the four elephants? What are the four gossips?

The Four Elephants originated from ancient astrology in China, referring to the Black Dragon in the East, the White Tiger in the West, Suzaku in the South and Xuanwu in the North.

Gossip is also called classics. The eight basic figures in Zhouyi are marked with "one" and "-",and each hexagram consists of three hexagrams; Take "one" as yang and "-"as yin. Gan, Kun, Zhen, Xun, Kan, Li, Gen, Dui and Bagua. See the "Eight Diagrams Symbol" below for specific symbols. The sixty-four hexagrams in the Book of Changes are all composed of eight diagrams. Gossip originated from the divination of primitive religion. The author of Yi Zhuan thinks that gossip mainly symbolizes eight natural phenomena: heaven, earth, thunder, wind, water, fire and mountains and rivers, and each letter symbolizes many things. He also believes that the two hexagrams "Gan" and "Kun" occupy a particularly important position in the Eight Diagrams and are the source of all phenomena in nature and human society.
