Harp (English: Arpa, German: Harfe) is a large plucked instrument and one of the important instruments of modern orchestras. This instrument can be improved into today's mode, mainly due to the luthier S. Heulard in the19th century, who changed the original single-pedal harp into a double-pedal harp, greatly expanding the performance ability of the harp. Later, someone changed the two-pedal harp to semitone.
