Follow-up report on the air crash in Sioux City

In this incident, Al Haynes, the captain of one of the survivors, went to Brussels, Belgium in 2003 to attend an aviation safety-related seminar. One of the captains attending the seminar was Eric Gennott, who was the captain of the DHL cargo plane in the attack on the DHL cargo plane in 2003. This dramatic coincidence enabled Captain Gannot to successfully handle the attack and save the day, thus becoming the first case in the world in which a large aircraft landed safely by controlling the engine output without hydraulic control.
