What does "respect heaven, earth and God" mean?

Respect and fear the parents who gave birth to you and raised you, and respect the God of heaven and earth who created human beings and all things.

Originated from the Book of Changes, it consists of three parts: First, there were no words at that time, so there was no gossip.
