The Martyrs Cemetery is a solemn place. In order to maintain the clean environment and good order of the cemetery, and provide a civilized and safe educational place for the general public, this admission notice is formulated according to the Regulations on Martyrs' Commendation, the Measures for the Protection and Management of Martyrs' Memorial Facilities, the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Heroes and Martyrs and the requirements of superiors.
