What kind of knowledge is Buddhism?

First, filial piety to adoptive parents.

Buddhism is based on filial piety, and filial piety to adoptive parents is the biggest foundation of Buddhism and the most basic element of being a man. Imagine, even crows know how to repay kindness. If we can't be filial to our adoptive parents, wouldn't it be worse than animals?

Parents are the greatest blessing in our life. There is no difference between honoring adoptive parents and honoring Buddha. Being unfilial to adoptive parents is the biggest mistake in life, and unfilial people are not qualified to learn Buddhism at all.

In addition, it is the most perfect filial piety to persuade parents to believe in Buddhism, survive in the West and get rid of the suffering of reincarnation forever.

Second, do your duty.

In life, everyone has his obligations and responsibilities. Buddhists should strive hard in their own jobs, be role models for their families, society and country, be filial to their parents, educate their children, care for their families, benefit the society and serve the country, so as to truly learn Buddhism, escape their vocation and learn Buddhism in vain. These are all self-deception, and nothing can be achieved by learning Buddhism.

Third, I believe in cause and effect.

The core of the whole Buddhism is the word' cause and effect'. If you plant a good career, you will get good results. If you plant an evil cause, you will get a bad result. What goes around comes around. You're not happy at all. It's not like you don't report it. Not yet. Buddhists should be convinced of cause and effect, take precepts as teachers, reflect daily and correct at any time.

In addition, Buddhists are convinced that if good causes are planted for Buddhists, there will be good results, which is the most profound cause and effect.

Fourth, stop killing vegetarians.

Buddhists should be evil and try to cut off all evil deeds. Of all the evils, killing and eating meat is the most serious, because the most precious thing for all living beings is their own life. Killing it and eating it is the most resentful, and it has the deepest hatred. In the future, it will be to kill debts and pay off debts, with the most tragic consequences. Therefore, among all evils, it is imperative to stop killing!

Fifth, release and save lives.

Buddhists do good deeds in public, and any good deeds should be practiced hard as long as there is an opportunity. Of all the good deeds, releasing is the first, because releasing is an act of saving lives and saving lives, and it has the greatest merit, which is incomparable to other small good deeds. The most precious thing for all beings is their own life. Let it save them. They are the most grateful and have the deepest good deeds. In the future, good deeds are the most incredible. Therefore, in the pursuit of all good deeds, releasing and saving people are the first!

Sixth, respect wholeheartedly.

Sincere respect is the foundation of any cause in the world. Master Yin Guang even taught us to try our best to make the word "sincere respect" the ultimate. Where there is sincere respect, there is merit, where there is very sincere respect, there is great merit. This is the wonderful secret of success in learning Buddhism. Everyone must bear in mind!

Seven, bodhicitta.

The merits and demerits of learning Buddhism are directly proportional to one's mind, and the merits and demerits are as great as the mind. Therefore, people who study Buddhism must be big-hearted! Never do anything for selfish reasons! We must be sincere from the heart and truly benefit all sentient beings. When we embark on Buddhism, we will have the ability to help all beings after becoming a Buddha. When we come down to earth, we must spread the most important points of Buddhism to the public when we have the opportunity.

In addition, the true bodhicitta is the heart that can only survive in the western paradise by chanting Buddha.

Eight, worship Buddha and repent

The sins we have created since the end of our lives, if they are physical, cannot be filled in vain. In fact, we are just a sinful ordinary person. Therefore, Buddhists should be ashamed and repent, and pay homage to the Buddha diligently, because the best way for us to express our sincere respect and introspection is to worship the Buddha and destroy the rivers and sands.

Nine, believe in Buddhism.

The pure land method relies on the Buddha's power to save it, while the letter believes that there is a Buddha in the western paradise. If you are willing, you will be willing to give birth to heaven soon, and you will be tired of leaving this bitter world. If you honestly hold the phrase' there is no holy name of Amitabha in the south, as long as you believe and are willing to do it', you can rely on Amitabha's great wish to save you, and immortality is a dharma.

It stands to reason that the phrase "Amitabha" was saved by the power of the Buddha, and it is absolutely guaranteed to live in the West. But why are there so many people who read Buddhism in this season, but so few people who really live in the West?

This is a very serious and critical issue. Today, the key for Buddhist practitioners not to die is that they have no faith, are afraid of death, and are unwilling to die at all. When worshippers pray for longevity, health, peace, wealth and prosperity and all the benefits in the world, they never seek to live in the West!

The word' death' can be used to examine whether the worshippers have enough beliefs and wishes. Ask yourself, are you afraid of death? If you have to die now, Amitabha will take you to the west at once, okay? A real Buddhist who really hates leaving his mother-in-law and longs for bliss must be dead and willing to follow Amitabha to the West as soon as possible. He is absolutely not afraid of death, willing to die at any time, at any time. As for those fake Buddhists who are duplicitous and faithless, they are afraid of death and don't want to live for a few more years. There are too many perfunctory reasons. You know, if you are afraid of death, don't want to die, and don't want to beg for death, it is against Amitabha's heart. It is not enough to believe in three kinds of food. How can we successfully die in the west?

Today, there are more than 999 fake Buddhists, and the word' death' has always been in their minds and has been testing themselves. As long as Buddhists are not afraid of death, like death, are willing to die at any time, and are willing to go to bliss earlier, they are real Buddhists who are tired of leaving their wives and eager for bliss. This kind of person can't stop thinking.

Ten, practice.

The most important thing in Buddhism is practice. An old woman who doesn't know words, doesn't understand teachings at all, is a vegetarian and worships Buddha, and honestly holds the phrase' Amitabha'. Her achievements in studying Buddhism are often far superior to her eloquence. The key to mastering Sanzang's great harmony lies in whether she can practice, just like talking about eating a few treasures on paper, but she is disconsolate!
