Why is Chizhou called Guichi?

Chizhou and Guichi are the same place. It turns out that Chizhou is a region called Chizhou area, which is under the jurisdiction of Guichi City, which is now Guichi District and several counties. Later, after the land was demolished to build the city, Chizhou became Chizhou City, the original Guichi City became Guichi District, and Chizhou City was Guichi District. Chizhou City governs Guichi District, dongzhi county, shitai county, Qingyang County and Jiuhuashan Scenic Area.
