Who knows the origin of the names of Qiyang County and Qidong County?

Qiyang belongs to Changsha County in Qin Dynasty, Quanling County in Western Han Dynasty and Quanling County in Eastern Han Dynasty. During the Three Kingdoms period, Qiyang County was established in the first year of Wubaoding (266), which was named after the county was located in Qi Shan Zhinan. Sui merged into Lingling County. In the fourth year of Tang Wude (62 1), the county organizational system was restored.
