How wide are girls' shoulders?

The standard shoulder width of a normal girl should be a quarter of her height, or two heads long or three heads wide.

However, there is also a saying that women's shoulder width, that is, the distance between the two acromions, should generally be half of the bust minus 4 cm.

There are two types: wide shoulder and narrow shoulder: wide shoulder means that the width between the left and right shoulders is obviously 2.5 times larger than the head width; Shoulder narrowness means that the width distance between the left and right shoulders is obviously less than 2.5 times the width of the head.

The correct method of measuring shoulder width:

The subjects' legs were shoulder width apart, and they stood naturally with their shoulders relaxed. The tester stands on the back of the subject, first touches the midpoint of the lateral edge of the acromion with two index fingers along the scapular ridge, that is, the acromion point, and then measures the distance reading between acromion points with calipers. The measurement error shall not exceed 0.5 cm.
