What are the three Yin San yang in TCM?

Yin, San and San Yang refer to Yin San Meridian of the hand, Yin San Meridian of the foot, Sanyang Meridian of the hand and Sanyang Meridian of the foot respectively.

Among them, the three yin meridians of the hand refer to the lung meridian of the hand Taiyin, which is distributed in the upper part of the internal rules of the arm, with the pericardium meridian of the hand Jueyin in the middle and the heart meridian of the hand Shaoyin in the back.

Three yin meridians of the foot (forget to mention, the yin meridians are mainly distributed on the inner side of the hand and leg), the spleen meridian of the foot Taiyin on the upper leg, the liver meridian of the foot Jueyin in the middle, and the kidney meridian of the foot Shaoyin on the rear.

Hand yang is mainly distributed on the outside of human back. From front to back, it is the large intestine meridian of hand Yangming, the triple energizer meridian of hand Shaoyang and the decimal intestine meridian of hand Taiyang.

From front to back, the legs are Yangming Stomach Meridian, Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian and Taiyang Bladder Meridian.
