Is Jingshan dialect the same as Qianjiang dialect?

It's different. According to the introduction of China Language Network, Qianjiang dialect is located at the edge of three mandarin dialect areas, namely, Northern Mandarin, Jianghuai Mandarin and Southwest Mandarin, and adjacent to Gan dialect area and Xiang dialect area in non-official dialect area. Jingshan dialect belongs to the southwest mandarin, which is divided into seven dialect areas and belongs to the northern dialect area. Subdivision belongs to Tian Yang dialect area, similar to Tianmen, mian yang and Wuhan dialects.
