Common occupation: total blindness or visual impairment? This is very different.

Musical instrument tuning. There are schools in Beijing. I know a young man who is studying this. He has a university degree.

Radio broadcasting: it requires a certain level of eloquence and knowledge.

Telephone hotline: there is a lady in the northeast who does sex/love services. Got caught.

Blind massage. This needs to be studied, and there are certain requirements for physical strength.

Fortune-telling: this is illegal, requires a lot of social experience, and is generally not completely blind (it is difficult to read fortune-telling books if you are completely blind).

I suggest looking for the Disabled Persons' Federation. They are too fat. They should do something for you.
