Where is Xishangou Village?

Xishangou Village, yongningzhen, Yanqing District, Beijing, was built in the 9th year of Ming Jiajing (1530). Because there are stone carvings of wolves and tigers in Liao Liangwang cemetery in the southwest of the village, the village was named Shi Hu ditch in Shi Lang. In the early Republic of China, it was renamed Xishangou. The village covers an area of 96,000 square meters, with 963 mu of cultivated land and an average elevation of 52 1 m. Village 133 households with 297 people. The village is rectangular, running east and west.
