Why are there only six hexagrams in the Book of Changes?

Why use six hexagrams? Because until the modern scientific era, things and physics in the universe have not gone through more than six stages. Everything can only change to the sixth stage, and the seventh change is the beginning of another situation. Modern science has proved that physical, chemical, electronic and atomic changes are all six stages, only chemical changes have seven stages, but the seventh stage of chemistry is dead and useless.
