Without Han Xin, how did Liu Bang defeat Ying Bu?

Ying Bu was the only one who worshipped the king as a prisoner in the late Qin Dynasty and early Han Dynasty. Ying Bu was crowned king for his personal bravery and outstanding military achievements.

Ying Bu is a tortured person, that is, the criminal law with lettering on his face, which was an insult at that time, because lettering on his face is a shame that can't be washed away all his life, and it is tantamount to showing his shame all his life.

Ying Bu, however, disagreed. As a fortune teller, he once told Ying Bu that he would be crowned king only after Ying Bu was hanged, which became the goal of Ying Bu's life.

Ying Bu served his sentence at the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor in Lishan. In the eventful autumn of the Qin Dynasty, Ying Bu escaped from Mount Li and became a thief with a group of prisoners and outlaws. After Guangwu Uprising, Chen Sheng and Ying Bu also gathered thousands of people to start anti-Qin.

Ying Bu later took refuge in Wu Rui, became Wu Rui's son-in-law, and later voted in Xiang Liang in the anti-Qin war. Because he showed extraordinary courage in the battle with Ju Jing and Qin Jia, he was named Dangyang Army.

However, the most brilliant battle in Ying Bu's life was the Battle of Julu. In the Battle of Julu, Ying Bu and Pu, as pioneers of Xiang Yu, took the lead in crossing the Yellow River and fighting the main forces. After gaining a foothold in Ying Bu, Xiang Yu led his troops across the Yellow River to participate in the Battle of Julu.

It can be said that Ying Bu was the first to take credit for the Battle of Julu, and it was a hard credit. It's all because of hard work, and there is no water. So Ying Bu became the only person who directly commanded Xiang Yu. When Xiang Yu enfeoffed the world, Ying Bu was named King of Jiujiang.

After the Chu-Han War broke out, Ying Bu was accused by Xiang Yu because he didn't fully support Xiang Yu to pacify the Qi chaos. Later, under the persuasion of He Sui, the messenger of Liu Bang, Ying Bu took refuge in Liu Bang and formally betrayed Chu and Xiang Yu.

Xiang Yu sent Long Qie to attack Ying Bu who betrayed him. Ying Bu was defeated by Long Qie and fled to Liu Bang alone. This great battle defeated by Long Che was the first major failure in Ying Bu's life.

In the later period of the Chu-Han War, Ying Bu collected his down archers and, together with the troops supported by Liu Bang, helped Liu Bang defeat Xiang Yu in the Gaixia War until Liu Bang unified the world.
