Does the living Buddha really have some powers that ordinary people don't have?

The word "living Buddha" is not a proper noun of Tantric Buddhism. There are many outstanding people in the tantric practice of Buddhism and even folk Buddhists. When they reach a certain position, they are living buddhas. When they reach the position of Buddha, they are Buddha, but the living Buddha of Tantric Buddhism is not a real living Buddha.
