On May 12, 2023, Xuzhou Social Science Association approved the establishment of Xuzhou Zhouyi Research Association. On May 3, 2023, KLOC-0, Xuzhou Civil Affairs Bureau approved the name of Xuzhou Zhouyi Research Association.
