What karma is deaf and blind?

We don't know the very specific cause and effect, even if we are deaf, it is not necessarily the same reason. But I can refer to the words in the Buddhist scriptures to roughly imagine. Quotations: "First, all sentient beings in the world want to be evil, and the strong are weak, and they turn into thieves, killing each other, eating each other, not knowing how to be good, and then being punished, so they are poor, lonely, deaf, blind, dumb and crazy because they don't believe in morality in their previous lives and refuse to be good."
