Wei Zhi dreams of killing people.

The Dragon King of Jinghai made a bet with the fortune teller. The fortune teller worked out how much rain it would rain on a certain day and when it would stop. Back in the Dragon Palace, the Dragon King received an imperial edict from the Jade Emperor, telling him that it would rain that day, and the rainfall and time were exactly the same as those of the fortune teller. In order to win, the dragon king disobeyed the imperial edict and changed the rainfall and the time when it stopped raining. When the Jade Emperor finds out, he will behead him and let Wei Zhi be the supervisor. The Dragon King heard that Wei Zhi was the prime minister of Li Shimin and asked Li Shimin to save him. Li Shimin deliberately played chess with Wei Zhi, trying to delay Wei Zhi's time and prevent him from beheading in prison. Wei Zhi fell asleep while playing chess. Li Shimin didn't wake him up because he thought nothing had happened. Wei Zhi went to heaven to behead the Jinghai Dragon King while he was asleep.
