Ancient town Buddhist temple

In order to prepare for the National People's Congress next month, I went to the Buddhist Temple in the ancient town of Yiwu with several guests from afar.

Buddhist temple, one of the four ancient towns in Zhejiang, is as famous as Wuzhen. 65,438+0,500 years ago in the Liang Dynasty, a world-famous monk, Master Dharma, traveled here, saw the water lying, saved the world, lit the Buddha's light, and planted the seeds of the Buddha with Master Fu. Sara Zen Temple, a thousand-year-old temple, has been burning incense for a long time, and the Buddhist culture has been passed down continuously. The two masters are deeply loved by the world, and there is a famous saying among the people that "Buddha's light is passed down from generation to generation, and candlelight shines everywhere."

Although the Buddhist temple is named after the Buddha, it is also famous for its water. The winding Yiwu River passes through it and becomes a well-known commercial road. This commercial road goes north to Dongyang and as far as Tunxi and Qiantang.

Guzhenlaojie

Get off at Guzhen Wharf, there is no obvious sign, and step on cobblestones and bluestone slabs to enter the old street. The old street is less than one kilometer long and arranged along the river. On both sides of the street are typical two-story old wooden houses in the south of the Yangtze River, with red lanterns and flags, which set off the old street in the sunshine in April. I have been to many ancient towns, and the old street has the same fashionable elements as other ancient towns, such as a book bar, a music bar and a coffee shop. But unlike most ancient towns, the old streets of Buddhist temples are quieter and full of life. There are hardware stores in selling groceries, shops selling wedding supplies and stalls writing couplets. Deep in the streets, the courtyard is faint. From time to time, you can see some old people sitting in the street, enjoying a quiet life. Time has stopped.

Gu yuan Ming ju

Separated from the old street by a river, it is a Buddhist temple ancient garden residence built in recent years. I went there several times when I was building it a few years ago. I once disdained the relocated ancient buildings and sneered at them many times. Urbanization and transformation of old villages make modern civilization cover traditional civilization, ancient villages gradually disappear, and ancient buildings are frequently destroyed. Here, the town government has planned this land for the centralized relocation of valuable ancient buildings, and given certain preferential policies to attract them to do rescue protection for ancient buildings.

In the evening, the afterglow of the setting sun, sleeves on the top of the house, suddenly seems to have passed through a thousand years. Different from the last visit, thirty or forty houses of different sizes have been built. These houses include official halls, ancestral halls and ordinary curtilage brothers. They come from all over the country, and it has become an ancient museum in China. Zhan Lu and an unnamed building are more representative. Zhan Lu, also known as General House, was born in Guangfeng, Jiangxi. The original owner was Zhan Zhaoheng, assistant minister of the Ministry of War in the late Ming Dynasty. The whole building covers an area of more than three acres and is magnificent. Another curtilage elder brother, all made of stone, was unremarkable, but he turned to the main entrance and was attracted by its gas field. The roof of his house is three stories high, with exquisite wood carving techniques and depicting stories. The accompanying planning colleagues stopped to discuss, saying it was an ancestral hall and guessing it was an official residence. Unfortunately, because there is no explanation of architecture, it is impossible to dialectical.

When they left the famous ancient gardens, experts in the north spoke highly of them, thinking that from a historical point of view, these buildings will be particularly precious in a few decades. And I also made a heartfelt correction. Although these buildings come from the southeast and northwest, different houses gather here. Isn't it the spirit of Yiwu people to have this kind of inclusive feelings and vision?
