What does a headhunter do?

1. Analyze job requirements and communicate detailed job requirements and job-related information with the customer's human resources department.

2. Determine the search direction and strategy, start the search, and make adjustments according to the recruitment progress.

3. Contact the candidates, judge their matching situation and make suggestions.

4. Conduct some necessary candidate interview training and track the recruitment progress.

5. Assist candidates to join the work.

Simply put, there are too many details that can't be explained in one or two sentences. As a professional headhunting consultant, you should not only be a headhunter, but also be a good consultant. These are two different concepts.
