Personal realization

Liu Yong has won many awards in national calligraphy competitions, including Emei Cup, Jiuchenggong Cup and the all-around gold medal in the first standardized calligraphy competition in China. He participated in many international calligraphy exhibitions and exchanges, and his works were selected into the 1999 China Contemporary Painting and Calligraphy Art Exhibition and won the highest honorary gold medal. He has participated in the 4th and 6th National Exhibition of Young and Middle-aged Calligraphers' Works and the 20th Century China Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition.
