Has Zhang Pu Nangang Jialu Garden in Kunshan been relocated?

On June 22, 2022, the planning and architectural design scheme of Zhang Pu Town Nangang Phase II relocation house project was announced to the public. The scope of land requisition is located in Groups 2 1 and 22 of Nangang Jialu Garden Society in Zhangpu Town, Groups 8 and 9 of Zhipu Garden Society in Zhangpu Town, Groups 3 10 of Zhangpu Town, and Groups 1 12 of Xintang Village in Zhangpu Town. Relocation began on July, 2022 10.

Jialu Garden, invested and built by Kunshan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., is located at the intersection of Zhenyang Road and Yangguang West Road in Zhang Pu Town, with a total construction area of about 654.38 million square meters and convenient transportation. A natural and comfortable living environment can be provided through reasonable organization of residential roads and careful arrangement of leisure facilities.
