In recent years, articles about applying psychological effects to education frequently appear in educational newspapers and even some articles are written by teachers, which shows that the seamless link between psychological effects and educational practice is increasingly valued and welcomed by teachers. In fact, the truth of education has never been obscure, and the knowledge of psychology is also exciting. Take constructivism as an example. Teachers may be confused about the concepts, terms and academic schools of constructivism. But the masters of constructivism often tell us stories. Fish is fish? This is a famous fairy tale of constructivism.

There is a fish. It wants to know what happened on land, but it can't, because it can only breathe in the water. It made friends with a little tadpole. When the tadpole grew into a frog, it jumped onto the land. A few weeks later, the frog returned to the pond and reported everything he saw to the fish. Frogs describe all kinds of things on land: birds, cows and people. Fish form pictures of these animals in their minds according to the description of everything by frogs. Everything has the shape of a fish, but it is slightly adjusted according to the description of the frog: people are imagined as fish walking with their tails, cows are fish with breasts, and birds are fish with wings.

Fish can only recombine their original knowledge and experience and build an understanding of new knowledge. This story makes the most direct expression and image annotation to the core essence of constructivism.

Yes, the laws, effects and rules of psychology are scientific and serious, but if we can introduce and interpret them in easy-to-understand language, vivid stories, interesting experiments and vivid cases, then teachers can fully activate their familiar past knowledge and experience, explain and construct them, and produce their own understanding, thus being inspired by wisdom and shocked by the heart. We believe that teachers can truly understand psychological effects and consciously put them into action, thus producing educational effects.

Psychology is a science that describes laws, and education naturally follows science, but the application of scientific laws is art, which depends on teachers to create according to their own specific conditions. Education is both scientific and artistic, and it constantly innovates through understanding, imitation and repeated practice.

After careful selection and repeated discussion, we finally determined these 66 articles and divided them into three parts: teaching, education and management, so as to apply them to different aspects of teachers' work. In the stylistic arrangement, a classic experiment, story or question situation is presented in front of the text of each article, so as to activate readers' previous knowledge and experience and arouse readers' interest in exploring the text. Moreover, in order to reduce the cognitive load of readers reading long articles, we added some titles in the middle of the text, hoping to make the finishing point.

This book is the crystallization of collective wisdom, which was completed with the joint participation of graduate students, Chai, Zong Min, Zhao Yan, Niu, Zhang Zaiqing and teachers Jiang Jusheng and Yue.
