Brief introduction of huangludian town

Huangludian Town is located in Yahe Industrial Zone, Nanyang City, Henan Province, at the junction of Nanzhao, Fangcheng and Wolong counties, and is the south gate of nanzhao county. North of Yahekou Reservoir and Yahekou Thermal Power Plant; South of Nanyang city center; East of Baihe River. It was named after Liu Guangwu, Emperor of Han Dynasty, who passed through here. The town has jurisdiction over 25 administrative villages, 289 villagers' groups, 56,400 people and 48,000 mu of cultivated land. It is the only plain township in nanzhao county and the granary and the first agricultural town in nanzhao county. In 2004, it was awarded "three-star market town" by the municipal government.
