The Historical Evolution of Zhangzhuang Town

Zhangzhuang Town was originally under the jurisdiction of Yishui County. The people's political power was established in 1939, which belongs to the tenth district of Yishui County. 194 1 June, the former Yishui county was divided into ten districts, which belonged to Bianlian County of Linfeiyi. 1943 10, Hezhuang District returned to yinan county. 1944 Yilin County was established in June, and Zhangzhuang District was assigned to Yilin County. 1945 10 Yilin county was revoked, and Zhangzhuang district was merged into yinan county. 1February 1958, Zhangzhuang Commune was established,1February 1958, 1654381October, yinan county abolished Zhangzhuang Commune, and Zhangzhuang Commune was subordinate to Yishui County. 196 1 autumn, yinan county was restored, and Zhangzhuang Commune was returned to yinan county and renamed Zhangzhuang District. 1968 April, Zhangzhuang District Revolutionary Committee was established. 1August, 968, Zhangzhuang District was renamed Zhangzhuang Commune, and the Revolutionary Committee was stationed in Zhangzhuang. 198 1 February, this commune management committee was elected, and its resident was Zhangzhuang. On June 1984, the Party Committee of Zhangzhuang Commune was transformed into Zhangzhuang District Committee. In May, 195 1, Zhangzhuang District was renamed District 9. 1June, 952 10 district (Tushan) was abolished, and this district governed Zhangzhuang, Jinchang, Songshan, Zhaizi, Hezhuang, Yan Wen, Huangbu, Xuezhuang, Yu Zi, Yu Xia and Dachang. In June 1955, District 9 was renamed as Zhangzhuang District. Zhangzhuang Township was established in February 1958 when the township was built. Zhangzhuang Commune 1958+00 was established, and 1 10 was included in Yishui County. Yinan county 1968 was restored in August, and Zhangzhuang Commune was transferred back to yinan county. In May 1963, Zhangzhuang Commune was renamed as Zhangzhuang District. 1September, 1985, Zhangzhuang District Committee was abolished and Zhangzhuang Town Committee was established.
