Where is the site group of the Red Army in Taigong Mountain?

Taigongshan Red Army Ruins Group is a cultural relic protection unit in Sichuan Province, a red tourism classic scenic spot and a patriotic education base.

Yuanba district is an important part of Sichuan-Shaanxi revolutionary base area. 1In July 1933, the 276th regiment of the 3rd192nd Division of the Red Army was stationed in Taigong Temple, where the Soviet government of Taigong Township was located, which led to the battles of "fighting for Yongningpu", "attacking Mengzi Cliff", "fighting for depression" and "crossing Jialing River to the west". 1985, with the approval of Guangyuan County People's Government, Taigong Township People's Government named Taigong Mountain "Red Army Mountain" and began to rebuild the former revolutionary site. On 1998, Taigong Hong Jun Site Group was named as "Patriotism Education Base" by Guangyuan Municipal People's Government, and in 2002, it was announced as a cultural relic protection unit by Sichuan Provincial Government. It is an important part of the city's red cultural boutique route, and it is also the city's patriotic education base and one of the 36 red tourist attractions in China 100 and the whole province.

Taigong Red Army Mountain is 977.2 meters above sea level and covers an area of 180 mu. There is a Taigong Temple in the mountain, with the same name. The ancient trees on the mountain are towering into the sky, and the sun is covered by thick shade. Several thousand-year-old ancient cypresses have their own names because of legends such as "green dragons climbing trees", "old cypresses picking mulberries" and "Huang Lao persuading children", which cast a layer of quaint and magical colors on Mount Taigong. At present, the Red Army Mountain in Taigong has preserved the remains of the Red Army compound, training ground, Red Army well and "Hongjun Tree", and has collected a large number of relics of the fighting life used by the Red Army in those days, as well as Xu Shuai's inscription tablet, martyrs' cemetery, general's inscription and memoir manuscripts built or collected after liberation. Revolutionary relics are rich and have high protection value.
