Some patients disabled by accidents, diseases and disasters could have recovered through normal treatment and rehabilitation training, but they were disabled because they could not get timely treatment or had no money, further "expanding" the ranks of disabled people. The traditional and backward concept of childbearing makes some disabled people suffer from hereditary mental disability, visual disability, leprosy deformity and mental retardation. I would rather have my offspring disabled than "peerless". Therefore, the disabled have successors.
