Qinyang City, located in the northwest of Henan Province, is an important gateway for traffic between Shanxi and Henan Province, named after its location in the north of Qinshui. It is a key urbanization pilot city in Henan Province, a key county and city for opening to the outside world, and one of the first counties and cities to expand their rights.
