Which province is Seoul?

Seoul in China includes Zaoyang in Hubei, Xuzhou in Jiangsu and Peixian in Jiangsu. Peixian Seoul is located in the northwest of Jiangsu Province, and Peixian in the northwest of Xuzhou City is called Seoul of China. Pei County is adjacent to Weishan Lake and Zhaoyang Lake in the east, Weishan County in Shandong Province in the west, Yutai County in the northwest, Fengxian County in the west and Tongshan County in the south. The whole territory is about 60 kilometers long from north to south and 30 kilometers wide from east to west, with a total area of 1576 square kilometers. There are no mountains in Pei county, but all are alluvial plains, with a total area of 1349 square kilometers.
