Take a piece of A4 paper (or any rectangular paper).

2. Fold it twice along the long side to get the appearance of 3 in the picture below.

3. Unfold the folded paper for the second time, and fold the two corners in the crease direction to get the appearance shown in Figure 2 below.

4. Fold the two sides of the bottom to both sides respectively, and get the following figure 2.

5. Open along the middle part to get the appearance of Figure 2 below.

6. Turn up the bottom edge obtained in the previous step to get the appearance as shown in Figure 2 below.

7. Open it along the middle again, and you will get the following 1.

8. Pull the ends of the previous step with both hands and pull them apart to get the following 1. This is a simple boat.
