Later, it became the family compound of industrial bureau and other units; In the 1990s, it was gradually merged into the cultural relics department and renovated twice. Now, almost no houses are destroyed.

"The main hospital was almost destroyed in the 1990s, and now it plays a great role. It has become a window to show Yuanyang, receive foreign businessmen to visit, hold various exhibitions, and even the entrance ceremony of middle school students will be held here. Bing Lin said, now it has become a "mandarin duck swimming hall". Statues of 12 Prime Minister, Mao Sui, Sean and others in the history of Yuanyang can be seen in the rooms and halls of the front and middle courts.

In Bing Lin's view, if enough funds can be raised, it can be further developed into a tourist attraction.

Siheyuan is the representative building of northern architecture, and symmetrical architecture is the biggest feature. However, in the Xiajia Courtyard, the decorative brick carvings on the eaves here are really not at all similar, but have completely different details on the basis of most symmetry.
