Why does the Buddha show "the attitude of loving his wife"

Fourth, the wife's photo: According to the cloud, "Tour the backyard, talk about martial arts and try your skills, and now enter the palace, between color and taste. 」

Okay, let's explain this. There is a reason for this kind of marriage. After the birth of Prince Sakyamuni, according to Indian custom, all the rich people in their family should seek fortune-tellers, and Sudoku is no exception. As king, he found 500 immortals to visit Prince Sakya's fortune at the same time. After reading the fortune-tellers, these 500 immortals all think that this child is not simple and has 32 beautiful forms, so these 500 immortals come to two conclusions: when he grows up, if he doesn't become a monk and stay in the secular world, he will be the wheel holy king and rule the whole of India; If he becomes a monk, he will achieve supreme consciousness and great achievements in practice.

Then, the suddhodana king was nervous! After all, is he a monk or at home? These 500 immortals can't decide or see. In a word, either situation is possible. King suddhodana said who can tell? Five hundred immortals said that in this world, only our teacher, Fairy Asita, can tell us. King suddhodana said, may I ask your master? Five hundred immortals sat down to remember their master, and Asita immortals were in front of them.

The Asita fairy looked at the child deeply and cried after reading it! He said that this man, who is thirty-two, has eighty good looks in all aspects. This person will definitely become a monk, and he is not a wheel saint. The king of the wheel has only thirty-two phases, but not as good as eighty. He will definitely become a monk.

Then why are you crying? Because I am one hundred and twenty years old, and I have never seen the Buddha again. "When the Buddha was alive, I sank." After he became a Buddha, I was no longer alive. He feels sorry for himself!

This incident also gave Sudoku a warning, because Sudoku is a secular man after all, and he hopes his son will inherit the throne and shine brilliantly. So in order to keep the Buddha and prevent him from becoming a monk, Sudoku King said in the scriptures that he did two things:

First, he built four palaces in spring, summer, autumn and winter and lived in four different palaces in spring, summer, autumn and winter, which made the prince feel very satisfied.

Second, let the prince get married early at the age of seventeen, hoping that he will give up the idea of becoming a monk. This is what his wife deserves. Because the fairy in Asita predicted that the child would become a monk, and he would gain supreme enlightenment. To avoid this, Sudoku King built a palace and married Prince Sakya.

There are two situations in the process of marrying a wife: one is fighting, and the other is "swimming in the backyard, trying to teach martial arts." "Let's explain the tournament. King suddhodana married a wife for the prince. He is the minister who discovered neighboring countries and lost King Tan. The daughter with the staff is yaodharā, with dignified appearance and complete virtue. But this yaodharā, at the same time, the kings of the eight countries came to propose.

The country with the staff is a small country. He is afraid of disputes and dare not offend others, so he has to ask for an open competition to see who can win in a fair way and marry his daughter. The way to compete is to hang a disk and see how far you can shoot with an arrow. Generally, the prince shoots 20 Li, the deva shoots 40 Li, Sun Tuo shoots 60 Li, and the Buddha shoots 100 Li. The Buddha won. He married yaodharā during the competition.

What's his life like after he married yaodharā? "Now in the palace, between color and taste. The Buddha certainly lived a comfortable and happy life in four palaces. Of course, this place shows that Buddhism is not divorced from secular law, and he must go through it before he can realize it. So this stage of taking a wife must be among the eight stages. If the Buddha wants to experience its faults from the happiness of life, he must set an example and prove that his method is correct.
