What's the difference between "hungry ghosts" in Buddhism and "evil ghosts" among the people?

Buddha said: three evils, hell, hungry ghost and beast! These three evil ways are all the bad karma caused by them! . .

Hungry ghost, because of some crimes committed in my previous life, was reduced to a hungry ghost because my mouth was too small to eat. Don't think he is full just because his stomach is too big. His belly swelled because of malnutrition. In fact, they are very hungry! There are many kinds of hungry ghosts, including external ghosts, internal ghosts, eating ghosts and so on.
