General situation of Mazhuang in Feixian County, Shandong Province

The reservoir is farmed and rich in aquatic products. It has a continental climate with four distinct seasons and an annual rainfall of 856 mm. The main minerals are limestone and other rocks. In addition, Yanzishi Fossil fossils (trilobite fossils) were found in Mazhuang Reservoir in 1980s, but their exploitation has been restricted at present.

However, the straight-line distance from Mazhuang town government residence to Linyi city is about 25 kilometers, but now it takes 10 yuan to get there by car, and more importantly, it takes nearly two hours to get there. On the one hand, the road leading to Linyi City now passes through Liu Zhuang Township of Feixian County, Zhu Bao Town of lanshan district and Tang Yi Town of lanshan district, which actually takes nearly 40 kilometers. On the other hand, and most importantly, the highway from Mazhuang Town to the urban area was actually built in the mid-1990s, with a history of fifteen or six years. Years of disrepair, narrow roads and serious traffic jams, the roads built more than ten years ago can no longer meet the needs of current economic development. Although the road from Liu Zhuang to Linyi has been newly built recently, the subgrade is still the same and the width has not changed. There is also the poor road conditions from Mazhuang Town to Liu Zhuang Township. The road is already pitted, the strong rope buckle is often knocked open, and the goods on the car are scattered all over the floor. In recent years, with the development of wood processing industry, a lot of wood and processed boards need to be transported in and out on this road, and the traffic volume is increasing, and the road is obviously too narrow. The development of Mazhuang Town urgently needs to build a highway connecting the highway and Linyi to get through the blood of economic development, which will also be a road to get rich. In recent years, there have been rumors that the construction of Chanhe Riverside Avenue will change the bottleneck of the current road, but it has not been implemented for several years.
