The victims are located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, Shanghai City, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province and Shanxi Province.

At present, the criminal suspects Zhi and Tian have been criminally detained according to law, and the case is under further investigation.
