Geographical environment of Hongpu town

It is located at116 47' ~116 54' and 30 29' ~ 30 36' north latitude. Located in the southwest of Huaining County, it borders Yueshan Town and Shankou Town in Daguan District in the east, Haikou Town and Wanhe Farm in Daguan District across the river in the south, Jiangzhen Town and Qinghe Township in the west, Shijing Township and Huangdun Town in the north, and the people's government is stationed in Hongpu Street Neighborhood Committee. Lion (Zikou) Ping (Mountain) Highway, Moon (Mountain) Hong (Town) Highway and provincial highway Anshitai Highway pass through here. There is diving in Hongzhen, which divides the whole town into two parts. Because it is located in a mountainous area with criss-crossing gullies, the terrain is extremely complex and changeable, with the highest elevation of 1200m and the lowest elevation of only 35m. At the foot of the mountain is a gently undulating low hill with small basins in between. Cultivated land is mainly distributed in low hills and small basins, with one-season rice as the main crop. Wheat, sorghum, rape, sweet potato, cotton and other crops are planted in dry land, and cash crops such as tea, ramie, silkworm cocoon, chestnut, butter, Poria, Magnolia officinalis and Eucommia ulmoides are planted in mountainous areas.
