Where is the Lotus Temple?

Lianhua Temple is located in the southwest of Baiyin City, Gansu Province, on Lianhua Mountain in Dabatan Village, north of 109 National Road. Lotus Temple is named after its lotus shape.

Lotus Temple has 9 resident monks and more than 0/000 registered laymen/kloc-.It is the only open Buddhist holy place in Baiyin, with standardized affairs management, normal Buddhist activities, harmonious monks and customs, and prosperous Buddhism. Lotus Temple is being expanded. It is planned to be built in three phases, with the Shanmen, Tianwang Hall, Daxiong Hall, Guanyin Pavilion, Jingjing Building and Dharma Body Pagoda as the main axis!

After the reform and opening up, especially since 1983, with the implementation of the national religious policy, with the care and support of the Baiyin district government and the specific guidance of the religious authorities, the majority of believers were merciful and generous, and the elders of Zhushan restored and built the original Lotus Temple site.

In the past twenty years, four temples and fifty-four houses have been built, with a building area of 1.693 square decimeter and a planned area of 1.4 mu, forming a Buddhist complex with a certain scale.
