Is Daqing Taiqing Palace private?

Yes Daqing Taiqing Palace was established by Cao Daochang. Founded in 2004, it was officially approved by the Bureau of Religious Affairs of Heilongjiang Province in 2007. It is the only legal Taoist activity place in Daqing, so it is private. Daqing Taiqing Palace is located in Chemical Second Street, Xihua Road, Hongwei Park, Chengfeng Street.
