People who are stingy today are not stingy now. People who didn't know how to give before now know how to give. Charity is to conquer one's greed. Because giving up is the best medicine to treat your greed, you will not be greedy if you can give up, and greedy people are reluctant to give it. In other words, how to overcome your bad habits.

No matter how the realm turns, the heart can't turn. When the realm comes, it means that something bad is coming or the environment is not good. How to get rid of your own distractions and not be tempted?

First, be wise. Look with wisdom and understand that everything is temporary and will not last long. Wisdom is what you get when you look at problems with wisdom.

Second, watching hell is very bitter. When you want to do something bad, think that you will go to hell after the result comes, and learn to restrain yourself. For example, if I cheat others and mistreat others, I will think about what kind of suffering I will suffer in hell.

Third, watch the hungry ghost suffer. Hungry ghosts are those ghosts with small mouths, big bellies and very hungry.

Fourth, repent with a curse. That is, chanting. When your mind is confused and your heart is bored, you should concentrate on chanting Buddha and repent with your heart, and your troubles will naturally be eliminated. Only by chanting the scriptures sincerely and attentively can you leave the karma, the devil and everything that bothers you. Concentrate on your thoughts when reciting, or you won't achieve the effect. If you think about this and that for a while while while chanting, the scriptures you read will be scattered and your heart will be scattered. Therefore, you should read the scriptures with your heart.

There is no effect in chanting. In addition to lack of sincerity, there is also a problem of external environment. Eating meat and spices will not come. These five spices include: onion, garlic, leek, onion and canal. Why can't you eat something that smells bad? Because all smelly things are irritating. Stimulating things will stimulate people's brain cells and trigger people's appetite and sexual desire. If the protector smells excitement, the reciter cannot achieve his career.

3) Unity of body, mind and qi. Your body should be integrated with your heart and aura.
