Zhejiang Jinhua Giant Buddha Temple is located 2 kilometers north of Caozhai Township in the northeast of Jinhua City, 20 kilometers away from the urban area. In the sixth year of Datong in Liang Wudi in the Southern Dynasties (AD 540), a monk (Daoqiong) stopped in Shannan, heard the praise of the stone, climbed up the rock and saw a big stone Buddha, 6 feet high. He fell down and became a temple. It has a history of nearly 1500 years. Song changed its name to "Stone Buddha Temple". According to Guangxu's "Jinhua County Records", the old name was "Chisongyan Temple".

There are 5 18 iron arhats in the temple, which were cast by Deng Gang's great-grandfather Yun Ke and his brother Ke Ming in the Song and Yuan Dynasties (1078- 1085). They were originally stored in Luohan Temple, but later rebuilt as "Sanxue Temple" and moved to Xiyan Buddhist Temple. They survived the Ming Dynasty and were later destroyed by soldiers. In the 20th year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty (18 15), monk Jia rebuilt the Hall of Tadashi; In the second year of Daoguang (1822), the monk practiced again. In the 18th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1892), the incense was lost again, and the front hall and the middle hall were almost destroyed. In the thirty-first year of Guangxu (1905), the temple was presided over by a monk, Ruilong, who donated money to good men and women, so he collected materials every day and built it in a few months. In the seventh year of the Republic of China (19 18), in the midsummer, Ruilong collected money from local gentry, which was a great success. So the whole temple and Buddha statue have their own names, and they all glow again. Brand-new, change the old view. After the "Cultural Revolution", the Great Buddha Temple was valued and protected by the government, and the temples occupied by it were returned one after another, and monks also returned to the temples one after another. 1989, people from Jinhua and _ Xi, Pujiang, Yiwu and other places raised funds to rebuild the statue of Sakyamuni in the old site of the "Ancient Buddha Pavilion". The main existing Buddhist buildings in the temple are Shifang, Shanmen, Ursa Major Hall, Maitreya Hall, Sancha Bridge, Emperor Hall and Luohan Hall.

Jinhua Taoist Temple in Jinhua County carries Song Yushi: "There are three or four Buddhist temples in thousands of feet. The old tree leans against the stone house, and Bai Yunfei goes and flies back. " The rocks are high and dense, and the white clouds are lingering, which makes tourists admire. In recent years, the government has strengthened the management of the Stone Buddha Temple, renovated it, and well protected this ancient temple as a cultural heritage. The plaque hanging in the temple describes the rise and fall of the temple. In front of the eaves of the main hall, there is a plaque with the word "Hall of Great Heroes". The font is vigorous and powerful. It was written by Huang Zai 194 1. There are thousands of bodhi trees in the temple, and many other trees with the same root are amazing. This Buddhist resort is currently a key cultural relic protection unit in Jinhua City.
