There is no fortune teller. Shangqing Palace, located in Cuiyunfeng, Mangshan, Luoyang, Henan Province, is the first Taoist temple named after "Palace" in China. As of June 29th, 2022, there was no fortune teller in the Shangqing Palace in Luoyang. The Shangqing Palace was originally a Laozi Temple built during the Yang Di period, and was rebuilt as the Shangqing Palace in the second year of Longshuo in Tang Gaozong (AD 662). At that time, it was a national first-class building and the first Taoist concept named "Shangqing Palace" in the history of China.
