The budget price of materials is the outbound price after the materials are transported from the delivery place to the warehouse on the construction site. It consists of five expenses: the original price, the handling fee of the supply and marketing department, the packaging fee, the transportation fee and the purchase and storage fee. The calculation formula is as follows:

Budget price of materials = (original price+handling fee of supply and marketing department+packaging fee+transportation fee) ×( 1+ purchasing and storage rate)-recycling value of packaged products.

The budget price of materials can be divided into two categories according to its compilation and use: regional budget price of materials, that is, it is compiled according to the distribution of construction projects, total investment, construction area, material consumption, transportation mode and average transportation mileage in the whole region, which is used by all projects in the region.

The budget price of a single project material, that is, taking a project as the calculation object, is specially used for this project. Generally, it can be determined by the weighted average method according to the proportion of various materials from different sources in recent years and the current material price composition.
