Future Planning of Guanzhuang Work Area in Nanyang City

Petrochemical Park: the largest production base of special wax in China and the largest petrochemical base in southwest Henan (planning has been completed).

I. Planning scope

The planning scope starts from Oilfield South Road, Hedong Road, Oilfield Road, Donghuan Road, Yuandong No.1 Road and Ye Highway in the south, starts from Wuyi Street, Hedong Road, Liaohe Road, Huangshan Road, Liaohe South Road and the road north of wax refinery in the north, and ends at Xihuan Road in the west. The planned land area is about 14.4 square kilometers.

A professional park with petrochemical industry as the leading factor, special wax, fine chemicals and petroleum equipment manufacturing as the end point, and featuring green environmental protection, scientific and technological innovation and comprehensive service.

Third, the planning structure layout

The overall layout framework of the planning professional park is "one heart, three pieces and two green corridors".

1, One Heart-Industrial Service Center, with professional industrial service facilities such as park management and scientific research.

2, 3-Industrial North, Industrial South and Industrial West. Industrial North Zone includes existing industrial land, new energy and new materials park, industrial service and R&D industrial zone, and petroleum equipment manufacturing zone. Industrial South Zone includes industrial products market and supporting residential areas.

Logistics storage area, fine chemical industry area, special wax manufacturing area and petrochemical industry area. Industrial West Zone is a refined wax factory area expanded on the basis of the present situation.

3. Two green corridors-two open space corridors, namely, the green corridor of Shi Fo Canal and the green corridor of municipal pipelines between the northern industrial zone and the southern industrial zone. The intersection of two green corridors is planned to form an oil park. The industrial market and supporting residential areas will be arranged on the west side of the fine chemical industry zone.

Fourth, the orientation of industrial development.

1, Refined Wax Factory (Refinery) Area: The status quo is reserved, with petroleum refining and special wax manufacturing as the main products.

2. Industrial service and R&D industrial zone: the construction of park management center, public service platform, enterprise incubation base and science and technology R&D center.

3. New energy and new materials industrial zone: The new energy terminal will develop unconventional oil resources such as oil shale processing and biomass energy, mainly based on straw raw materials, and build new energy processing R&D and industrial production bases; New materials focus on developing new chemical materials and composite materials with renewable energy, forming an industrial chain relationship with petrochemical and energy development, and appropriately developing other high-tech industries.

4. Petroleum equipment manufacturing area: the end point is to develop petroleum equipment manufacturing and petroleum machinery equipment manufacturing, and moderately develop oilfield service product manufacturing. Realize the transformation of oil pipes, cooling devices and oil trucks. Provide production services for drilling and production equipment; The transformation from the production of spare parts to the manufacture of complete sets of equipment.

5. Petrochemical Zone: Focus on the development of petrochemical industries such as petroleum refining and deep processing.

6. Special wax manufacturing area: focus on developing special wax manufacturing and build it into a special wax chemical base of China Petrochemical Company.

7. Fine chemical industry zone: relying on petrochemical products, extend the development of fine chemicals, and focus on encouraging the development of chemical products, organic chemical raw materials, agricultural chemicals, daily chemicals and food additives.

Central urban area: 10 planning: the main force of the existing urban area will develop northward. (under planning)

Vertical:

Songshan road extends northward to the garage. The red line (main road) is 40 meters wide, and both sides are planned as government functional land.

Guangbei Road extends northward to the road boundary behind Xiaoyinzhuang Village Primary School, and residential areas and education areas are planned within 40 meters (secondary roads) on both sides of the red line of road width (long-term planning, relocation of Linying and Xiaoyinzhuang, and road extension to Beihuan Avenue).

Hengshan road extends northward to the boundary of the North Ring Road behind Donghe Village in Zongpo Village. The road width within the red line is 40 meters, and the two sides are mainly for attracting investment and building industrial parks (if necessary, move Zonggou Village).

The road in front of the ceramic factory extends northward to the central peninsula of Jianhe, that is, Dongbinhe Road, facing the road on the west bank, forming a riverside sightseeing avenue.

From east to west, Huangshan Road, songshan road and Guangbei Road (changed to Zhongbei Road and Nanjia Zhongnan Road) are the main roads of the north-south axis of the new old city, hengshan road and Dongbinhe Road.

Guanzhuang Town develops eastward, forming the urban area on the west bank of Jianhe River.

Level:

The long-term planning and construction will extend the crock road eastward to Huangshan Road, with a road width of 50 meters within the red line. (The main road is named Dongfang Avenue, which will connect Tanghe County in the east in the future. West of Dengzhou),

Re-plan the road from Dayinzhuang Village to Guanzhuang Town in the west, with a width of 50 meters within the red line, and name it Beihuan Avenue.

Chunguang Avenue is built in front of the office building, which is the cultural avenue planned in front of Guanzhuang No.4 Middle School.

From south to north are Chunguang Avenue and Wenhua Avenue, with Dongfang Avenue in the middle and Beihuan Avenue in the north.

Four horizontal and five vertical, thus forming the framework of the new city, and some paths are also being redesigned.

Construction of some athletes' training ground and athletes' village has started, which is located in the north of experimental middle school and on both sides of Guangbei Road. After the Peasant Games, it will be planned as an education area and a residential area.

Jianhe Landscape Belt in Guanzhuang Work Area of Nanyang City

The landscape conceptual planning area is located in the public green space on both sides of the river in the west of the city, covering an area of about 4.5 square kilometers. The first-phase landscape engineering area of this public tender is located in the north of the landscape conceptual planning area, with an area of about 1. 1 square kilometer.

① Qiaotou Square, the historical road, is located in the northeast of the planning area, with an area of about 2.0 hectares.

② Hayes Cultural Square is located in the northwest of the planning area, at the intersection of Xinjian River Bridge and Guanzhuang East Road, with an area of about 2.4 hectares.

③ Jianhe Cultural Square is located in the northeast of the planning area, between Xihuan Road and Jianhe River. It covers an area of about 4.3 hectares.

④ Colorful Petroleum Culture Square and Waterfront Leisure Street are located in the waterfront between Guanzhuang East Road and Jianhe on the west bank of Jianhe River, covering an area of about 7.3 hectares.

⑤ Colorful Botanical Garden is located at the intersection of Wuyi Road Bridge and Guanzhuang East Road on the west bank of Jianhe River, with an area of about 3. 1 hectare.

⑥ The self-help barbecue garden and barefoot paradise are located in the middle of the planning area, and Wuyi Road is at the intersection of West Ring Road, with an area of about 1 1. 1 hectare.

Planning Project of Class I Highway (Provincial Highway 228) from Nanyang to Guanzhuang Work Area

The route starts from Guandian (K0+000) in Wancheng District, crosses G3 12 line, goes south through Liu Shuying, crosses Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway (K6+2 1 1) at Xuewuzhuang, continues south through Qiuying, Dawangying and Xizhaoyuan, and crosses the main canal of Bai Tong in the west of Jinhua Township downstairs. Then continue south through Jiangzhuang, Longgang, Laitangying and Dengtangying, then cross the Jian River, cross Zhuang Zong and Houzongpo, turn left near Qianzongpo, stop at Mujiangzhuang (K25+593) eastward along the planned road in the work area, and cross the connecting line of oil field expressway in Guanzhuang work area. The total length is 25.593 kilometers (including 20.889 kilometers in Wancheng District and 4.704 kilometers in Guanzhuang Work Area).
