How to keep Wu Gong Village in Hushu Pass?

I can't keep it. Upon inquiry, Wu Gong Village and Xiashan Village in xushuguan town of Hi-tech Zone were expropriated by the People's Government of Suzhou Hi-tech Zone, and the state will pay compensation for land expropriation. Wu Gong Village is located in the northernmost part of xushuguan town, Suzhou High-tech Zone, just across the river from Huangdai Town, Xiangcheng District, starting from Huguan Industrial Park in the east and reaching Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway in the west. The total area of the village is 3 square kilometers, with 2/kloc-0 villagers' groups, 634 households, more than 2,600 permanent residents and more than 0.500 floating population.
