Introduction of Yanhuang Square in Zhengzhou Yellow River Scenic Area

Yanhuang Erdi Square is located in the Yellow River Scenic Area of Zhengzhou City, with a width of 300 meters and a length of 500 meters, extending from the front of the statue of Yanhuang Erdi to the old beach of the Yellow River. The square has three floors. On the first floor square is the 6-meter-high Yanhuangding. Bells and drums are symmetrically placed on both sides of the secondary square; There is a memorial altar in the third-class square, and there are eight bronze dings on both sides of the altar road, which are the number of Jiuding with Yanhuang Ding.

Jiuding in the square symbolizes the territorial integrity of the motherland and the mountains and rivers are forever solid. At the same time, it also contains the meaning of the common ancestor of the descendants of the Chinese people in Kyushu. Set the bell and drum, that is, the bell and drum should ring, and the descendants of the Chinese people should guard against arrogance and rashness and strive for self-improvement.

The memorial altar is the most important building in the square, which is divided into three layers and is pyramid-shaped. This is the place where ancestor worship ceremonies are held in Tomb-Sweeping Day and Mid-Autumn Festival every year. There are meritorious service hall, reception hall, academic lecture hall, film and television hall, information network hall and so on. There are 56 reliefs of national unity and an ever-burning lamp in the memorial hall, which symbolizes the endless life of the Chinese nation.

On both sides of the altar, there are two memorial halls: the China people's surname origin hall and the China people's sea hall. In addition, there will be 100 statues of historical and cultural celebrities in China around the square.
