1. Use the height of parents to predict:

Formula: Adult height of boy () = (height of father+height of mother) /2× 1.08.

For example, if a boy's father is 175㎝ and his mother is 160㎝, then the boy's adult height is estimated to be (175+160)/2×1.08 =

Note: This formula was put forward by Czechs, which is relatively simple, so it is widely circulated. However, it only considers the genetic factors of parents, with a large error range and limited practical value.

2. Use foot length to predict:

Formula: adult height () = foot length at that time () × k (k is the conversion factor, see table 1 for details).

For example, if a girl aged 10 has a foot length of 20.2㎝ and the k value in the table 1 is 7.79, then the adult height of the girl is estimated to be 20.2×7.79= 157㎝.

Note: This formula was put forward by the Institute of Sports Science of the State Sports Commission according to the relationship between foot length and height. 3. Make a prediction with the height at that time:

Formula: adult height () = a+b× current height () (A is constant and B is corresponding coefficient, see Table 2).

For example, a boy of 10 and a half years old was 133㎝. In Table 2, A is 7 1.87 and B is 0.75, so the boy's adult height is estimated to be 7 1.87+0.75× 133 =.

Description: This method has a good prediction effect for children with general maturity, and the error is generally less than 3㎝, but it may have a slight deviation for children with early maturity or late maturity.

4. Use the age of menarche and the height of menarche to predict:

Formula: Adult height () = 30.09-1.58× a+0.983× h (A is menarche age (years), and H is menarche height ().

For example, if a girl menarche at 1 1 year and 3 months (a value is 1 1.25) and her height at menarche is 158㎝, then the estimated height of the girl in adulthood is 30.000.

Note: The limitation of this method is obvious, and it is only applicable to girls who have already menarche. Generally speaking, menarche occurs after the height surge peak. At this time, there is not much room for girls to continue to grow taller.

There are many methods to predict gggg's height, such as B-P method based on bone age prediction and TWMC method based on height, bone age at that time and growth value of the previous year.
