Physical geography of Hongshi town

Hongshi Town is located in the eastern town of Yunyang County, Chongqing. The Town People's Government is located in Hongshiba (Hong Xing Village), 52 kilometers away from the new county by land. Located in the parallel ridge and valley area of eastern Sichuan, the terrain is high in the north and low in the south, shaped like a "chair". The peak temple in Jianfeng village in northwest China is more than 300 meters above sea level/kloc-0, which is the highest point of the red lion. Within the jurisdiction, the mountains are steep and ravines are criss-crossing. Ziping-Baofeng, Jianfeng-Dongyangzi, Qiu Qi-Yanwan and Xindi-Miaoji flow into the Yangtze River from Dongyangzi and Yanwan respectively. Two fifths of the territory is mountainous and hilly, and the soil types are mostly purple soil and loess. Four distinct seasons, abundant rainfall, annual rainfall 1 120mm, annual average temperature 18.5℃, annual sunshine hours 1402.6 hours, frost-free period of 335 days, and relative humidity of 73%; The vegetation in the territory is well protected, with 7.2 kilometers of Yangtze River shelterbelt and 5 1.600 mu of natural forest, mainly distributed in Xindi, Huangshui, Shibao, Paddy Field, Qiu Qi, Jiudao and Jianfeng Village, which can be described as beautiful mountains and rivers, fresh air and pleasant climate.
